The company ranked highest in first-time repair efficiency, achieved top customer satisfaction levels, recorded the lowest complaint rates, attained the highest employee training ratios (engineers and technicians), and demonstrated full compliance with quality standards alongside continuous availability of spare parts.
The award ceremony was attended by a delegation from Mansour Automotive, along with several supervisors from the authorized service centers, including Mr. Amr Ahmed, Mr. Ahmed El-Qadi, Mr. Ahmed Salah, and Mr. Ahmed El-Sory. Representing Geyushi were Eng. Lotfy Hamouda - General Manager of After-Sales Services for Opel and Chevrolet; Eng. Ahmed Ahmed - Geyushi Service Center Manager and Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Motaleb - Customer Service Department Manager.
